Eligible patients can now book their next COVID-19 vaccine. Appointments start from 22 April.

In Horley and Smallfield, patients will be invited to an appointment at Birchwood Medical Practice via text message:

  • Birchwood Medical Practice (Modality East Surrey)
  • Smallfield Surgery (Modality East Surrey)
  • Wayside Surgery

    Townhill Medical Practice patients can book a slot at Caterham Dene via the NHS website.
